		Our Services

Design
A significant number of our clients have asked us to support them by designing learning programmes for them to deliver internally. In such circumstances we tend to work with our clients in one of 3 main ways:

§
–Straight Design
In these circumstances we are hired by the client to design a programme which will be rolled out by the client themselves. For example we have designed for Ford of Europe a major dealer training programme for them to roll out across Europe. We can offer our clients the training resource to work with their technical experts to create a technical programme or given, the breadth of our consulting network, we are likely to be able to provide a technical expert to work with the technical expert. Depending on the scope and content of the programme we will also train the trainers involved. –

Design and Migration
In these cases the client approaches us to design the programme and undertake the initial delivery of the material until they are ready to migrate the delivery in-house. For example we designed all the project management training for one of the UK's leading retail banks and at a pre-planned point we migrated delivery over to their team of in-house trainers.

– Design and Shared Delivery
Some clients have approached us to develop and co-deliver programmes. For example we have just completed a major leadership development programme where we designed and delivered the programme to the top 30 leaders and the in-house team delivered the programme to the next 80 managers.

§Whatever the shape of our support we believe that effective design is critical for the success of any programme and we therefore place considerable emphasis on it. Whilst our consultants all have excellent training and facilitation skills and are therefore very flexible in their approach, we also ensure that our consultants are well prepared and that the design appeals to a range of learning styles and includes, for instance, accelerated learning techniques where appropriate. § We typically provide our clients with a plan showing the development milestones and ensure that they are asked to sign off all major deliverables.§

Many of our programmes involve business simulations and case studies which we typically build around the organisational context of the participants. We therefore work very closely with our client to create realistic case studies and simulations
