Our People We recognise that the quality of our business is directly determined by the quality of our people. We have therefore invested a considerable amount of time and effort in building a high quality associate base. Over the past 4 years we have built an associate base with a wide range of learning and development skills ranging from management development through to functional skills and leadership development. All of our people have been evaluated carefully before they join our team and all have years of experience supporting major organisations in their chosen areas. All our client teams are selected in consultation with our clients.

We have also developed a number of strategic relationships with other organisations who can provide specialist skills which may not be available to us directly. For example we have relationships with a finance training company, a Leadership Development consultancy, an IT training provider, a sales training organisation and a customer service training provider. §We also have relationships with a number of European training organisations and would be delighted to work with them where appropriate to deliver an integrated curriculum across the continent and indeed in the US and Asia should this be required. Specifically, Learning Dimensions has developed a close relationship with EUTAS (a major European training and development organisation) and we have just reached agreement to operate as the UK arm of EUTAS for major international assignments. §At the same time we have translation capabilities available to us should our clients seek to have our materials available in other languages.![]() |
