We design and deliver using a wide range of media. These are some examples:
One-to-one coaching
We are currently delivering an executive performance coaching programme for the leadership team of a major multi-national engineering company based in the UK.
E-Learning
Our team of graphic designers and software developers has produced a highly successful e-learning programme on Project Management. This can be used on its own or as a part of our development programmes.
Classroom events
These include a range of courses such as Leadership Development, Functional Skills (usually designed on a joint basis with the client) and Personal and Business Skills.

We have just completed an action learning Leadership Development programme working with the Leadership team of a major division in one of the UK’s leading financial services organisations.
Distance Learning
We have just completed the design of a global management skills self-paced workbook-based programme for 30,000 staff in one of the world’s leading oil companies.
