Our business originated from Ernst & Young’s Business Training Consultancy practice where we trained many leading organisations in a variety of management skills.  Under an arrangement with Ernst & Young, Learning Dimensions took part of the business independent.

§We are experts in designing and delivering programmes in a variety of subject areas including consulting skills,  project management, facilitation, leadership, delegation and personal and management development.  We provide classroom events, e-learning programmes, action learning events and one to one coaching. We are experienced in developing integrated learning programmes which operate across a  combination of these media.  We work with clients at many different levels within from Executive Directors to new graduates.

All of our team have experience of applying the skills and techniques which they teach at the highest levels. Many of our associates have operated as consultants with the world’s leading management consultancies.  All our trainers combine substantial practical experience with training and development skills of the highest order.
